3. For what purposes, on what legal basis, and for how long do we process personal data?

Purpose of processing: We process the personal data you provide for marketing purposes, including direct marketing of our goods and services and sending commercial information, as well as for conducting customer satisfaction analyses and surveys. Additionally, providing an email address is necessary to place an order or to handle complaints.

Legal basis:

  • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interest in marketing our goods and services;
  • Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law – if you consent to receiving marketing information to your email address.

Retention period: We store your data for the duration of our marketing activities, but no longer than until you withdraw your consent or object to the further processing of your data for marketing purposes.

4. Who do we share your data with?

We share your data with service providers we use to carry out direct marketing activities, including services related to:

  • hosting (private cloud infrastructure);
  • designing and executing marketing campaigns;
  • managing marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness;
  • providing marketing software and systems;
  • email delivery services.

Our providers are based in Poland and in other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g., Germany. We do not transfer your data outside the EEA.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. How do we ensure the security of your data?

We make every effort to ensure the security of your data. Consents are stored in a register accessible only to authorized personnel. If you provided your consent via our website, we ensure that we use encrypted data transmission (SSL) when sending data through online forms. This protects your identifying data and significantly reduces the risk of interception by unauthorized individuals or systems.

9. Your data will not be used by us for automated decision-making.

The collected personal data may, however, be categorized according to specific criteria, such as preferences, purchase history in our Company, or place of residence. Based on this, we may prepare and send you personalized marketing information.
